What Information do we collect about you?
When you make a booking with us we collect the name of the person making the booking along with their email address home address and telephone number. Sometimes additional email addresses are supplied when copying a person in to the email.
When you pay the deposit and balance via bank transfer, we do not see your bank details. Sometimes when we are refunding a deposit bank details are provided usually via email – these emails are permanently deleted once we have refunded any monies back to the client.
If we are providing a lift from the airport we will ask for the flight number and time of arrival.
We will usually ask for any specific dietary requirements.
How do we use the information we hold about you?
Your name and address for invoicing purposes.
Email address(es) for confirmation, any additional information.
Telephone numbers – we will never call you unless pre-arranged or we have been unable to contact you by email.
Flight information is used for pick up and drop off purposes.
Dietary information used during your stay with us.
How is your data stored?
All data is securely stored on a password protected database and is legally accessible only by bedbreakfastbikespyrenees.
