Our Bed and Breakfast

Bedbreakfastbikespyrenees is located in the village of Loubieres, just 5km from Foix.

All are welcome – you dont have to be a cyclist to stay!!

Set in a sizeable garden the accommodation is spacious, modern and comfortable, comprising of three double/twin rooms, all with ensuite facilities, sleeping up to 6.  Each room is tastefully, simply decorated and furnished.  

 

The living space is open plan and offers a TV and sun lounge, dining area and sun terrace.

Larger parties  – we have the use of accommodation in the village just a few meters from the B&B, meals will be served at bedbreakfastbikespyrenees.  Please email for details.

We aim to make your stay with us as comfortable and as relaxed as possible.  We have a flexible approach, offering  B&B or bed breakfast and evening meal. We understand that you may wish to try out the local cuisine in Foix and we are happy for you to book a combination of B&B and full board – merely let us know at the time of booking.

We are happy to rent out the B&B accommodation on a self catering basis too and please email us.

Our food is home prepared and cooked; wherever possible local ingredients are used. 

We are happy to accommodate particular dietary requirements and please advise at the time of booking 

For our guests on a cycling vaction:-

We believe that breakfast is the most important meal of the day particularly if you have a full day ahead on the bike.  If you choose our cycling package, we serve a wholesome continental style  petit dejeuner – fruit juice, tea/coffee, mueseli, cereal, yoghurt, pastries, bread, jam and fruit, additionally we serve scrambled/boiled eggs, toast.  

On return from your bike ride, depending on how you feel, a cold beer normally greets you or if preferred cold soft drink or a cup of tea/coffee along with apres ride snack. 

Tea and coffee is available all day and we invite you to help yourselves. 

There is usually a snack tin in the fridge – an honesty box in the kitchen

Our evening dinner is served at the traditional french time of 8pm, and as with breakfast, served around the dining table family style. Our meals take inspiration from international cuisine – spanish, italian, greek, indian, lebanese of course local cuisine too.  

At the time of booking please advise us if you have any particular dislikes or likes, or if you have a certain dietary requirement and we will be happy to oblige. 

Wherever possible our fresh ingredients are locally sourced and served with local wine.
